Shipping
Disc subscription fees include the cost of delivery by letter mail but do not include any applicable, customs charges and duties. Any special shipping arrangements are at the Subscriber's expense.

Returns
Should you decide to return a product to CCOHS please ensure you include the following information on your shipping documents:
- Returned goods - Country of origin: CANADA
- Enclose a letter stating that the value is $10 Canadian.
Please note that the return of goods manufactured in Canada is not subject to duty or tax. Should you inadvertently declare a value higher than $10, the shipment will be sent to a customs broker for clearance. In cases where CCOHS is charged brokerage fees, duty or taxes for the return of the goods, the sender shall be invoiced for these fees.
Your close attention to these guidelines will ensure neither party incurs additional costs and is greatly appreciated.
